All our WOW fitters have to complete an initial training course to our satisfaction, and then maintain and update their knowledge with regular refresher courses. They are required to use our unique saddle gauge to provide an objective means of assessing the correct WOW tree, headplate, panels and girthing, and to demonstrate unequivocally when the horse has changed shape since a previous visit. All our qualified fitters are listed on our website at http://bit.ly/wowretailers . If they are not listed, then their training is not up to date and they are not certified by us to fit our unique saddles.
