All our WOW fitters have to complete an initial training course to our satisfaction, and then maintain and update their knowledge with regular refresher courses. They are required to use our unique saddle gauge to provide an objective means of assessing the correct WOW tree, headplate, panels and girthing, and to demonstrate unequivocally when the horse has changed shape since a previous visit. All our qualified fitters are listed on our website here . The retailers for the UK are listed in the chart below. If they are not listed either on that page (world wide) or this chart (UK fitters), then their training is not up to date and they are not certified by us to fit our unique saddles.
