First Thought Equine manufactures saddles which are sold either mainly to retailers and fitters not employed by the company, and who then sell and fit the saddle for the private individual. Or as direct saddle sales direct to those people who live locally to the company head office – in the Kent, East Sussex, and South Essex areas of the UK.
The company also manufactures and sells small associated items via an online web shop found on the front page of wowsaddles.com. Customers buying online are dealing directly with First Thought Equine.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND SECURITY

The Personal data is kept for a period of 6 years as required by HMRC for administration records.
Saddle fitting records such as horse template with some personal information on them are kept for 12 years due to the Consumer Rights Act October 2015.
Should you advise us that your personal data has changed we update this personal data within seven (7) working days of any new or updated personal data being provided to us, to ensure that the personal data we hold about you is as accurate and up to date as possible.
YOUR RIGHTS
You are entitled to ask for a copy of any personal data that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in your personal data corrected. If you wish to contact us for these purposes, please email us on sales@wowsaddles.com.
We are unable to process an order if you are not prepared for us to hold your personal data as it is being used for the purpose of supplying goods or a service and such goods and service are related to your safety when being used with horses.
Whilst currently our website does not contain links to and from the websites of third parties, we urge caution if following a link be supplied on third party hosted sites such as Facebook . If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to such websites.
